The prices quoted in the online store are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to alter these prices up or down when required by changed VAT or other circumstances beyond our control. The correct price will be indicated on the delivery note.
How and when will it be delivered?
All parcels are sent by Royal Mail first class/Parcel Force or private courier.
If your order is placed on a working day before 2pm we will aim to dispatch it that same day. Orders placed after 2pm on a working day or on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to be delivered.
Please check the availability on items when ordering as orders are accepted without guarantee of delivery by specific dates. It is our policy to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time. However, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or damage occurred whilst in transit.
Although we will advise and help with sizes where we can, responsibility cannot be taken by the online shop if the items are not suitable in size when ordered through the online store please see the following paragraph for our exchange/refund policy.
What if I want a refund?
If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in the original packaging along with your receipt within 28 days of delivery.
Please note all parcels must be sent back using recorded delivery we will not accept responsibility for loss of goods. Sale items can be exchanged but no refunds or credit notes will be issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or exchange if the goods returned have been deemed to be damaged, worn or tampered with. Please be aware, no refunds, exchanges or credit notes will be issued against items which have been personalized unless goods are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
